ABC-ATHLETIC BODY CONDITIONING CAMPS

Monday's & Thursday's from 6:30-7:30pm

Saturday's from 10am-11am

Increase strength, improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance
Increase your flexibility and challenge yourself to an intense, hardcore workout.
Meet new friends, and continue to push yourself to new limits!!

Unlimited Monthly camps: $150.00

Individual: $25.00

Routines $500.00 CAD depending on skill level

Competition Coaching $50.00 CAD coaching on day of your show

you are serious about fitness and your physical transformation that is going to happen.
We will work together to help you achieve your success.
However this is hard work and you need to be committed to this program as we are committed to you.
We have a NO refund policy
Should you need to put your membership on a temporary hold, then we will accommodate this request for 3 months.
